Bringing the Community Together, One Taco at a Time
When we set out to create the Antelope Valley Taco Festival back in 2014, our vision was simple: to unite our community while celebrating and supporting local, independent small businesses and family-owned restaurants that serve the best tacos in the AV.
Our journey began on June 8, 2019, with the first-ever AV Taco Festival at Poncitlán Square, right across from Palmdale City Hall. It was an incredible success, drawing over 3,000 attendees, 24 taco vendors, and more than 80 commercial vendors—a truly historic event for the AV!
Since then, the festival has grown into one of the Antelope Valley’s most anticipated annual events, bringing people together through food, culture, and celebration.
The Antelope Valley Taco Festival is proudly organized by Jorge & Vicky Ventura, with proceeds benefiting local non-profit organizations, including:
• Music & Kids
• Palmdale Sheriff’s Boosters
• Participating local Chambers of Commerce
• Other Non-Profit organizations
